Great experience at Home Depot! The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I was able to find everything I needed for my project. The store had a great selection, and checkout was quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future home improvement needs.

Spent some time at Home Depot in Edison today. Joan that works by the cabinets went out of her way to help me. It wasn't even her department and she was so helpful and reminded me why I sometimes like going into a store and not buy online,. She was also very approachable. The gentleman at the tool rental was also super nice and went out of his way to help.. ..

2nd order in a row that's been messed up and nobody cares. No one knows where the items are. 2 nail guns ordered. Small compressor that was not ordered, delivered. Also I was supposed to install a pedestal sink for one of my clients tomorrow. Pedestal and bowl to be delivered today. Guess what pedestal delivered today no bowl. Well done Home Depot.

Today I was reminded that great customer service isn't always about the value of a purchase—it's about the value of making someone feel heard and appreciated. I would like to recognize Rob, Yolanda, Eartha, and Mr. Bonny, along with the entire Home Depot staff, for going above and beyond to help me. What may seem like a small, inexpensive plant to some people meant a great deal to me. Rather than simply saying the item was unavailable, multiple staff members took the time to search throughout the store in an effort to find it. When they were ultimately unable to locate the exact plant, they worked together to provide me with a larger plant at a courtesy rate. Their kindness, consideration, and willingness to accommodate my situation truly made my day. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed, this team showed patience, understanding, and genuine care. It wasn't about the money—it was about making a customer feel valued. Thank you, Rob, Yolanda, Eartha, Mr. Bonny, and the entire Home Depot team for turning what could have been a disappointment into a wonderful experience. Thank You!

Long overdue thanks to the employees at the Edison Home Depot. Have been shopping there since 2004, so yes long overdue. Today I needed lotsa help for a Ryobi exchange and everywhere I turned help was there! This includes Kenny who answered my questions before I drove back with lawn mower. The woman who processed my return. The man who helped to pull a new mower out for me. The woman at self checkout who was bing there in an instant as I made a simple process difficult and Victor who helped load the replacement into my truck. Thanks all so much!
